Wills and Smerdon, which incorporates the residential sales business of Goodrick-Meech, are the longest established Estate Agents in the villages of East Horsley and Ripley. The two offices work hand in hand to specialise in the sale, letting and management of all types of property in the area. Ripley and the Horsleys lie within the Metropolitan Green Belt and are within easy reach of London by train, to Waterloo from Stations at Horsley, Effingham Junction, Clandon, and Woking while road connections are excellent with the A3 and the M25 both being close at hand.
